Chipotle Mexican Grill - BENSALEM

The new staff that they have at the street road location is absolutely amazing. They heard our comments and acted, easily went from worst to hands down best location in bensalem. Great job guys, I KNOW I'm not the only person who noticed, hopefully you guys changed the minds of others too. Thank you.

We ordered on line. i ordered lettuce and guacamole there was only a couple shreds of lettuce and almost no guac. they charge extra for guac. don't order from here. order in person or go somewhere else.

The worst chipotle i have ever been to. Customer service is horrible. This has happened multiple times to me. Employees have attitude as it I asked for free food. I urge chipotle to train their staff to provide better service.

We went in at 9:20 and got our food at 9:30. We sat down at 9:30. We planned eating for 10 minutes. The workers told us “you know we close in 10 minutes right?” and gave us a hard time. If I did that at my serving job I would be fired. Y’all are rude and will clearly struggle with a real job.

These employees are so lazy. I waited 5mins before someone walked up to me and they all saw me. Some people were just hanging chatting. This is a poorly managed store. The machine have no ice like what the hell is going on in here? Workers are in bike shorts like I’m so scared to eat my meal. It’s not sanitary. Disgusted.
