Gounden's Take Away - Benoni

The restaurant has a really cool and clean vibe. Although the menu is somewhat limited, everything is well-prepared, and there's a nice outdoor seating area that offers a pleasant breeze. It’s hard to miss this spot in the North Sea town, especially with its great signage. It seems to be a busy place, and they call out orders when they’re busy, so it can be a bit hectic. We did forget to check the plastic bag before leaving and noticed we were short on spoons, but overall, the staff were very nice and easy to communicate with.

I had a great experience at Goundens on Leftfield Road. Thank you, Young, for the delicious rabbit and biryani; both were absolutely tasty and well worth the money. The service from Fanie and Darshini was excellent as well.

The food is very delicious and flavorful. The prices are quite reasonable. I will definitely be returning!

Happy Indian food with authentic Indian taste. absolutely the best food for these cold winter days and nights. we have been ordering for over 9 years of goudens and enjoying eating.

I always buy bunnychows which are so delish, apart from the really expensive price... today i bought chips and viennas for the 1st time for my son... 1st they gave me viennas instead of chicken nuggets.. and then they gave me they chicken nuggets which look great on the outside.. but is raw inside.. not to mention the chips.. my son didnt even want to eat it and hot chips are his absolute fave.. so disappointed
