Fat Cake City - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Fat Cake City:
I visited the restaurant to buy four samosas. The woman at the counter didn’t inform me that they would be warming them up, and instead served other customers ahead of me. When I expressed my frustration about the long wait, she called the kitchen for my order. However, when I got home, I found that the two bags of samosas were soaked in oil, spilling everywhere.
