I highly recommend the fried fish. When we go to Mexico, I always try to eat the fish and this was the best fish I had this trip. Their papas fritas and beans were also delicious. The service was excellent. View all feedback.
Para disfrutar de una riquisima comida y hermosa vista. No puedes dejar de ir, sin embargo trata de que te den mesa con vista al mar para poder disfrutar mas la experiencia, hay un grupo que a veces toca y son muuy buenos! El servicio a veces es tardado depende cuanta gente haya, pero el personal es amable!
Un ceviche fenomenal, pescados fritos a escoger y frescos, la picadera que ponen antes de que lleguen los platillos muy deliciosa.... el unico pero que pongo es cuanto al servicio, algo lento y no estan al pendiente de las necesidades del comensal.
La Playita is our visit to Puerto Morelos, we love it! We always go here with our local family from Cancun. The guys pick up our fish from their fresh catches in the cooler in the kitchen, can't be better than that! The whole fried fish is a must, coconut shrimp, pepita salsa, baked fish fillet, nothing disappointed. Great service, cheap and directly on the beach with our toes in the sand. We're coming back!
We have eaten here many times over the years, and this time we went for my men's birthday lunch with locals who are family for us. The freshest seafood, everything is great, the view, the staff, all excellent! Must try the Pepita Salsa so well! My husband and his BF Felipe, always go to the kitchen and pick up all our fish from their cooler, can't beat that. We had whole fried fish, keviche, roasted shrimps, baked fish and many Tequila shots, our waiter was so big, he even brought us a round of Tequila shots from him and the restaurant. We'll be back soon!
On the back street along from the fisherman's wharf on the lee side you will find this very nice mexican restaurant with very good food
