Called in here one night for a drink to watch the rugby world cup. Nice bar staff and quick service. Good crowd so get there early if wanting to catch the sport. Would definitely return.

On a beautiful and warm night my twin brother Stephen and I were pub and bar hopping around the wonderful Old Town of Benidorm when we decided to drop into O'Maras, been here before on previous holidays to Benidorm, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A great looking pub, interior is traditional British, pubby decor and furnishings, a cool looking serving bar, big screens to enjoy the sport and lots of seating options, it's just a great pub to unwind in. We ordered bottles of Mahou green beer, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular pub. A big fan of this famous beer from the Madrid region of Spain, a light and hoppy lager style beer bursting with taste and very easy to drink, when this beer is served freezing cold as in this pub its such a totally delicious beer indeed, it was just so good being in such a lovely pub enjoying a quality brew and sat with my twin brother Stephen, best beer companion in the world. We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to here we had a great time. O'Maras is easy to locate along Carrer Dels Quatre Cantons. Well worth checking out if you're in the Old Town of Benidorm.

When in...First night, warm cosy ..the news (English on 2 large televisions and was just finished, music came on ..we stayed for a hour and decided to come back the next night for longer ,as seemed a good atmosphere, big mistake ,after ordering first drink,we settled down for the night ,assuming to spend around €50....for our drinks ,got talking to 3 other couples about the music that was playing ,and engaged in nostalgic memories, the barman also joined in ..a 'English ' resident came in ..the 2 large T.V.s where switched on to the English news loud in volume ,music turned off ,the 'customer 's apparently does this regularly as well as ordering his very small glass of beer ...so ,we requested could not the text be displayed on tv..and music left on ..the barman declined ,that one glass of beer obviously was more expensive than the €50 we where willing to spend..we left our drinks in disgust !!!

Escape from the show area or off the sea front and enjoy the relaxed bar of omaras. Good chill out music and decent priced drinks.

I popped in Friday 21/10/2022 only for the one, six pints later I'm still there. The gorgeous young Barmaid Amy was outstanding and her general knowledge on quiz games is second to none. The Draught larger is ice cold. Keep up the great work all.
