I asked there a Friday and the truth is that it took a little while with the big mac's, but a employee took it into account and to compensate it invited some ice cream. a very attentive staff. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's Benidorm Playa:
Was busy. Service was unfriendly when questioned re the wait when clearly had shown on the screen 10 mins earlier that my order was being prepared. Food was cold. The only friendly polite member of staff was the young guy who was clearing away food and rubbish outside View all feedback.
Waited 30 mins for food worth nearly 30€ came out cold and my ice cream melted. when I asked about the shakers fries that I ordered they said they don’t have it and refused to refund me. They were so adamant of me just getting a sauce to cover the difference. 3.80€ for the grande fries shaker. Went to my table as they weren’t listening to what I was asking for (a refund). Opened my burger and the extra bacon I’ve ordered is not put in. Went back and was told that they would finish all other orders before giving me my burger. Waited around 15 minutes to get a replacement standing in the queue as they said I have to wait here. Got to my table still no bacon in the **** burger. Went back to ask for it to be done again and refused to wait so they came after 10 mins with a new burger with the correct ingredients inside. All in all service is zero, food is cold and for the price u pay. Would never recommend this place.

La comida bien como en todos los Mac .. pero estaba todo muy sucio no había un amesa limpia en la terraza y eso q no había gente.
Como siempre comida rápida no muy buena ... pero como cualquier macdonals bastante bien un poco descuidados la gente en la terraza fumando petas por lo demás.... bien
