We filed a telephone complaint at the reception and when we went to do the chekout, they had not even filed a complaint. such a hotel for rest should not have this kind of fault and much less this attention to complaints.

I would improve: at least 2 outside towels a day, my towel was very wet and it is no longer so hot and to change it I had to pay extra. I understand that there must be control because people abuse, but at least the possibility of 2 a day if it's too wet. improvement: separate areas for adults and families. There is a pool only for adults but it would also be nice to have a restaurant only adults or at least the buffet that there were 2 areas, with and without children. It's not nice to eat and kids running next to you. would improve: soaps and shampoo in dosers, not to smell minitails for environmental protection. It's too plastic for use. I have traveled quite a lot for asia and when you arrive at the hotel they receive you with a cold drink (suggestion) we have been at the end of October, the heated swimming pools did not notice much,...
