Server was very friendly but once she took our order we didn't see her again until we were halfway through our meal (someone else brought us our food). We had to ask someone for more beverages, felt abandoned and not valued as a customer. I don't want servers hovering, but some attention is needed to feel like you have been served. Disappointing. The view was wonderful.

The food was amazing, the servi... read more We stopped in at Sailor Jacks in Benicia this weekend. We ordered a few drinks, Calamari, and the lunch special (club sandwich). The food was amazing, the service was fast. Our waitress was so kind. And you have a beautiful view of the ocean. We willdefinitely be back.
