Gelatiamo - Benicàssim

I waited with my tired 5 year old daughter in my arms for a table for 3 for 25 minutes and made the waiting staff aware that I was waiting. I was next door and couldn't understand why nobody left their seats. Then... I was painfully aware that it was the incredibly slow and disorganized service that these people have a beautiful location and throw money out the window. When we finally sat down, the guy said we were too late for dinner. I said when he made him aware that we were here for a table for 3 and he became defensive and said he would say “los Jefes” and wait to see what they say. There is no misunderstanding here in fluent Spanish. When my wife arrived, I said that I am not sure whether there will be food, and then they served the food reasonably time in Fairness to assure us that we were the last. They brought us 1 knife and fork, then two, three on the question. And they did the same trick with other tables. There were bad towers. There were tons of angry families there and we had an anxious wait, not the mention of standing. The food was good, but the experience was so negative I can not give them more than the minimum. You throw money away hard to understand so lack of professionalism
