My favorite restaurant. On the contrary, a terrible management of the reservations. An email that no one answers. A landline that either doesn't answer or doesn't stop calling. In terms of customer experience, it's a shame not to provide a WhatsApp phone number or use a reservation management app. A day in advance, no response, neither on Instagram, nor on email, nor do they answer the phone. And that I left my details and they didn't call me either. So please remove all these forms of contact if you don't watch them... it's absurd and especially frustrating.
