Excellent food and service! First of all, thank you Sakshi (treat at the welcome table) and Hritik (serve inside the restaurant) for your excellent service! Sakshi 's welcome/treat and Hrithik 's service are awesome. I had my long stay at the IBIS hotel and i tasted most of cuisines. Even i had opted all services during my stay at the IBIS i.e. breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet, Ala-cart etc. I like all and it taste actually good. I feel the 'optimum spices ' in the food makes all food dishes perfect here! The place is cosy, the environment is good, the best view at window seats! Take a window seat and enjoy your meal.
Spent my wedding anniversary at this restaurant. Very good food, great ambiance, nice and polite staff. It has very good buffet options for veg and non veg. Live counter is there as well. Drinking options are available. Also they have started Punjabi and Rajasthani Thaali options
After a disappointing hotel arrangement coz of desired rooms unavailability we head to Spice It with zero expectations and the place turned out to be really hospitable. Christopher and Gautam were so helpful that they made minor adjustment to the mocktails and also made small portion of lassi just because bullet chilli chicken was really spicy. Kudos to them. Food is nice, ambience is super cool, beautiful indian cutlery added to the already beautiful ambience.
IBIS has always been one of those hotels which never disappoints it's food patrons. Located in the same building of Novotel, Bellandur and quite easy to locate. This fine dine restaurant could comfortably accommodate a pack of 80 approximately. I was there on a lazy Sunday with a friend for a lunch. Would you like to know what I have tasted there? Take a look Tibetian thupka with chicken : This noodle soup is simply a bliss. It is thin in consistency and rich in taste. The soup tasted quite flavourful with adequate amount of well cooked chicken and veggies. Penne makhni style with chicken : An Italian delicacy with Indian touch! Penne is beautiful cooked with tender chicken and has slight makhni flavour. One of the best dishes in the menu! Dosa quesdilla with prawn ghee roast : A simple fusion dish yet quite flavourful. I have never tasted quesdilla with prawn before. Prawns are wonderfully cooked and rolled in Dosa with adequate amount of masala. This dish will simply hit your tastebuds with its pleasing flavour. Chicken biryani : Presented in a quite fancy cooker. I was a bit disappointed with biryani in terms of aroma. The biryani tasted good with right amount of spices but it lacked aroma. It could have been incredibly delicious with a proper aroma. Parle G Cheesecake : This is one of their signature desserts. I would say it's quite innovative and well presented. Cheese is stuffed between 2 Parle G biscuits and placed in milk maid cream garnished with pista and badam. The taste of cheese matched greatly with biscuit and was truly blissful. Staff here are quite responsive and quick in terms of service. They have a complete knowledge on what they are serving on the table. Though it's a star hotel, their menu is simple and pricing is absolutely pocket friendly. Definitely a value for money place. Do pay a visit to experience their delicacies.
For the guests of this hotel, breakfast is complimentary. The buffet breakfast begins at 7 AM. There are a variety of options to choose from. Noodles, idli vada sambar, aloo or gobi or paneer paratha, malabar paratha, poori or bhaturae, numerous side dishes, etc. Apart from these, there's also a live counter from where you can order dosa items. They also have fresh fruits like papaya, watermelon banana etc. The muffins deserve a special mention. Its taste is out of this world.
