I had the wonderful privilege of visiting Shang Palace, a Shangri-La Hotels concern in Bengaluru(Bangalore), Karnataka state, India recently. I was actually visiting my cousin and family and dropped in to get a taste of their chinese cuisine. Shangri-La Hotels are world renowned for their authenticity and delicious food and would really take your breath away! This is a five star property with its own exquisite rooms and facilities and so, rates are naturally a bit more expensive, compared to other restaurants. I really liked the interiors of the Chinese restaurant, located on the 3rd floor which also had a chinese flavor added in regards of ambience, high ceilings, a traditional look and have made a check on their lighting which was not bright. I ordered a hot and sour soup, noodles with prawns, besides our party ordered seafood soup, shrimp entrees, fried rice etc. The hostess who took care of our table was very professional, courteous, prompt, resourceful and pleasing. Everything was made from scratch and obviously took a bit of time, but served hot and fresh with a yummy taste. I would highly recommend Shang Palace to anybody who likes to try a bit of chinese for a change. Shang Palace has great food with ample variety to choose and to suit any palette, besides also has great customer service which will impress all patrons. Quality is not compromised and well worth a visit!

I received an 1hour deep tissue massage today by Jessica. It was truly wonderful. Her applied pressure was just perfect for releasing knots and tensions. The high point was the oil head massage. My lingering headache of the last few days is vanished. Thank you Jessica, for this most beneficial treatment.

Excellent service from the staff. Everyone works hard to provide great customer service. Beautiful hotel with impressive amenities. Breakfast and happy hour food are delicious. I’ve stayed here a few times and look forward to my next visit. Can’t say enough good about the people who work here. Thank you to everyone who makes staying here a great experience.
