I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The menu was extensive and offered a wide variety of delicious options View all feedback.
Highly unprofessional guys from the Riwaz Restaurant. We were hosting our clients and planned for giving the Riwaz experience for our clients. Booked the hotel 10-12 days in advance and also visited floor for a venue check 5 days in advance. Mr Ravi and Ms Ritalis confirmed our choice of table for 25 pax. On the day of Dinner Event which scheduled at 06:30PM, I got call from Ritalis, that we cannot accommodate you guys, as the company which Ritz had booked the event for their Lunch has now changed to Dinner. And since they occupied entire restaurant, they will give it to them instead. Have never experienced a more unprofessional behaviour ever in our span of hosting multiple clients for company. Well!!! Ritz wanted and we did it... Black listed them. No more business with them again. Thanks Mr Amit Basu for your apologies, however like you said, Damage is already done.
Good food, emphasis on it being made in the kitchen and not store bought, down to even the paneer they serve. The people who do not have a taste for paneer, such as myself, will love the freshly made paneer at this restaurant. Friendly staff, very courteous, and the chef was very acommodative to our request for an egg curry despite it not being on the menu. While the food is delightful, if one has a traditional Indian palate, they are better off specifying to make the food for Indian tastes, as by default, they try to cater to the palate of the foreign tourists staying at the Ritz Carlton.
I liked the place. Starting from the ambience, ther service the food everything was very good. An open kitchen concept, this place serves a variety of North Indian delicacies. Their prices are quite high considering the ambience and the place. So if you looking to fine dine for lunch or dinner then do visit this place and try their non veg platter and Shahi tukda for dessert. It's amazing...
The five star experience. The service was amazing. We opted for the set menu. It is like a buffet delivered to you on the table. We relished each and every item.
The food was so good. It is my first time at Riwaz but they managed to impress me so damn well. the view form Riwaz is exceptional which in turn makes the meal an experience
