I called to explain that my wife was in the hospital and needed surgery, and I requested a one-month extension. However, I was told that this was not possible since the validity period had already passed. I found this response to be quite harsh, especially since we regularly dine at this restaurant along with our friends and family. I'm very disappointed, particularly because I offered to provide proof of my wife's situation. This isn't just a matter of not using the voucher; it's due to an illness.
