At the _Con Gusto_ restaurant, warmly welcomed by Piera and Ivan, I discovered a corner of excellence where passion for cooking shines through in every detail. ‍ Danilo, an emerging and surprisingly talented chef, created a truly applause-worthy lobster: a dish you don't just eat, you contemplate. Care, technique, and heart go into every bite. Leading this symphony of flavors are chef Adriano Perito and his wonderful wife Francesca, true guardians of hospitality and gastronomic elegance.
