At the _Con Gusto_ restaurant, warmly welcomed by Piera and Ivan, I discovered a corner of excellence where passion for cooking shines through in every detail. ‍ Danilo, an emerging and surprisingly talented chef, created a truly applause-worthy lobster: a dish you don't just eat, you contemplate. Care, technique, and heart go into every bite. Leading this symphony of flavors are chef Adriano Perito and his wonderful wife Francesca, true guardians of hospitality and gastronomic elegance. The restaurant is bright and pleasant, and the service was attentive and friendly. The only thing that left me perplexed was the management of the main courses: they were served at different times, and I find it unfair that one person starts eating while the other waits. The coordination in the kitchen could be improved. That said, I left completely satisfied.
