Mick's Fish - Bendigo

We tried a few fish and chip places around Bendigo before settling on Mick's for consistent fresh fish and crispy chips with the specially yummy salt. Your choice of fish and, if you desire, a couple of fried dimsims, a scallop and a potato cake. As a treat for two by Lake Weroona or around the table at home it is hard go past.

Great fish and service. Plenty of outdoor seating or take it across to Lake Weeroona. Worth the visit.

Sunny day, fresh fish shop selling fish and chips across from a lake, hunger strikes. its the perfect solution. For $10 got a lunch pack of Blue Grenadier, potato cake, crunchy chips, lemon wedge, tartare sauce and a can of soft drink. Sat on the grass and watched the world go by. The fish and chips would have to be the freshest in Bendigo.Im hooked!

Mick's is worth a visit for a feed. Nice lake area across the road to sit and eat. The place is clean, service good and food nice.

I have been to Mick's a few times now over the last couple of years and the food is always top quality. The flake is the best I have had in a long time and the Calmari is so fresh and cooked perfectly. Try the salt and pepper squid it simply melts in your mouth.
