The waitress apologized and brought her m... read more I ordered a basic chicken parmesan and waited for almost an hour for it to arrive. When it finally came, it was burnt. The waitress apologized and brought her manager over to address the issue. I felt sorry for her as she seemed embarrassed, but the meal was indeed terrible. Another customer at a nearby table also complained about her food, and the manager had to address her as well. It seems that the chef doesn't care about the quality of the food, and the owner must be crazy to keep him on staff. I appreciated the free garlic bread offered by the manager, but it didn't make up for the awful meal.
