Feedback
The Row is a fantastic spot no matter the time of day. The bone marrow burger is a must-try and easily one of the best burgers in all of Bend! In the summer, the outdoor patio offers stunning mountain views over the course, making for an unbeatable setting. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu—we’re always very satisfied with our choices. Highly recommended!
I was really looking forward to trying tacos at The Row, but my experience was disappointing from the start. When I walked in, it took a long time for any staff member to acknowledge me. They just glanced my way and kept walking without even a simple “I'll be with you shortly,” which made me feel completely invisible. When the hostess finally came over, I asked if I could sit outside. She said yes and led me outside, only for me to realize there were no outdoor tables. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was strange that she didn’t know this—whether she was new or not, it added to my frustration, especially given how the rest of the visit went. Once seated inside, I was immediately asked for my order before even being given a menu. When I said I needed more time and just wanted a water to start, the server turned away without a word. She brought the water and then disappeared, never returning to take my order, while I watched other tables receiving attentive service. I felt completely ignored and honestly couldn’t believe it, especially since the restaurant was far from busy at the time. I tried to be patient, hoping they'd get to me, but it was clear I wasn’t a priority to anyone. After waiting longer than I should have, I gave up and left. I’ve never experienced such neglect at a restaurant—honestly, a Waffle House offers better service. I wouldn’t recommend The Row to anyone, as it seems they just choose which customers to attend to.
