Solomon's - Bend

Very disappointed in my meal, the main course ribeye steak was well done and thinking back I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked. No flavor and not what I would expected from Solomons. Our side dishes and other entree was fine. Not close to other establishments in town such as Zydeco and Ariana's.

The food here is always excellent. We took my sister out who had just gotten in to town, and she was very happy with the whole evening. Wonderful views, great staff, and epic food. You can't go wrong. I would say reservations are probably a must.

This place is fantastic, and off the beaten (downtown) path, which means at least during the week you can actually get a table. We had an amazing dinner tonight the mushroom toast is killer, the french onion soup is the biggest and best I have ever had. We could have ended there and had a 5 star experience, but the entree's didn't disappoint either. I skip meat, which can be a problem at many restaurants but Solomon's has a rotating vegan entree which was amazing. The fresh pasta dish my wife had was also great. We were stuffed at this point but still managed to make some room for the creme brulee which also was done perfectly.

Great food, nice atmosphere and great service. We've been here 3 times and even after the new chef started, we didn't notice any drop-off in quality of the food items.

Fantastic appetizers the Ahi Tartre was wonderful. My filet was solid. The sauces are great. Added a lot of wines by the glass!
