The best breakfast burritos in town, hands down! The staff is incredibly friendly.
The food here is fantastic, featuring high-quality ingredients that are always fresh. They offer excellent vegan options, including delicious burritos with potatoes, which is something not every place offers. The women who own and run the restaurant are incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
Sol Verde is my absolute favorite place to get something to eat! Best Food Truck in Bend does not tell the story. I would say Sol Verde serves the best meals in Bend, which just happen to be created in a food truck. If you go, you will be a Superfantoo
If you want proper New Mexico style Mexican food, and especially if you have never tried New Mexico style Mexican food, you absolutely have to eat here. Once you have tried it, you may never be satisfied with anything else though. Sadly, Sol Verde isclosed in the Winter, but it is worth waiting for.
The food is great with high quality ingredients that are always fresh. They have great vegan options with potatoes which I love because not everyone does burritos with potatoes. The women who own and run it are really friendly. 100% would recommend toanyone.
