If you want proper New Mexico style Mexican food, and especially if you have never tried New Mexico style Mexican food, you absolutely have to eat here. Once you have tried it, you may never be satisfied with anything else though. Sadly, Sol Verde isclosed in the Winter, but it is worth waiting for.
Sol Verde is hands down my favorite spot to grab a meal! Calling it the best food truck in Bend doesn't even do it justice. In my experience, Sol Verde serves the best food in Bend, all from a food truck. Try it once, and you'll be a devoted fan too!
You have their breakfast Burrito below! Absolutely lovely! Stirred eggs, cheese, lots of bacon pieces and Christmasals. It's a single grocery car. No facilities
The food is great with high quality ingredients that are always fresh. They have great vegan options with potatoes which I love because not everyone does burritos with potatoes. The women who own and run it are really friendly. 100% would recommend toanyone.
