Shinsei Sushi - Bend

Best sushi in town, hands down. Everything we had was amazing, and well worth the price. One of our favorite places to go!

Great service and amazing food and portion size. The soup was fresh and good and the Asian salad was very good also. The entrées were quite large and all of the rolls were fresh and tasted great. Definitely top notch

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. I started with the fried calamari as an appetizer and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion. I also had two sushi rolls, which were delicious. I would definitely come back here again. Thank you!

The staff was friendly, but the sushi was disappointing in terms of quality and presentation, as it wasn't cut properly. The portion sizes also left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, we are unlikely to return, as we would prefer the sushi available at Winco—it was that disappointing.

I checked online and saw that they had Happy Hour until 5:30, so I hurried over and was seated at 5:15 PM. However, there was no server for 5-7 minutes, so I had to request one. When I asked about the Happy Hour, I was told it no longer exists. I went ahead and ordered two rolls anyway, but we were disappointed. The table service was extremely slow, and one roll was decent while the other was a definite miss. I don’t think we’ll be returning, but my boyfriend suggested that maybe it’s more suitable for lunch rather than dinner.
