Pure Joy Kitchen - Bend

Wow! We visited Bend for a few days and luckily came across this little oasis right away. I love their hot drinks, lunches, and desserts. Got both books and hope to find some of these awesome recipes.

One of the best restaurants in the Bend area, come here and eat some of the healthiest, tasty food Bend has to offer while you can. So sad to hear that it is closing to have just discovered this jewel. Only the availability of keto options makes this place a treasure. Elaina (the owner and chef seems) knows how to make beautiful, tasteful and healthy dishes. The smoothies are creative, colorful and a pleasure to eat. The Maca Matcha Latte is one of the best lattes I've ever had and costs about the same as a starbucks I think is an incredible value as its KETO, LOCAL, HANDMADE, FAIRLY MADE, and uses as many organic ingredients as possible. I thought prices were extremely fair in view of the quality and nature of the food itself. We pay about the same if no longer in Dallas, and do not get almost as much filling or healthy food. Besides, it never tasted so good. In addition, Elaina kept the kitchen open behind the proximity for my great family of seven, which was immense kind of her. We had been expelled or denied in other companies before we came to time, we were a big group and they were still incredibly good support from us and others who came later, even if they and their staff did not have to. Pure Joy kitchen was pure pleasure to eat, I hope they come to the Dallas area next. Elaina gave my family and I not only a meal, but an exceptional experience. I definitely felt love in this kitchen! Thank you for your hard work, we will look into the next classes! God bless your next effort.

Delicious, but somewhat expensive comparatively. Really great vegan options. Taste of food and drinks, where 10/10. Very clean environment. Helpful and competent staff. Not very spacious, but there are outdoor seats. Hidden in a alley that I think makes it even better! Would definitely recommend!

OMG... I think PJK serves the best live and hot food in Deschutes.. I love the menu... the breakfast scramble, all the soups are over the top and deserts are simply amazing... The white chocolate bark; i savored and was with me for an hour after lunch ... very nice work Elaina!!

The wide selection of vegan treats, smoothies, coffee, and WiFi make this a wonderful place to stop by for a very serene environment as you enjoy a break from your day or some time with your laptop.
