She always remembers me and everyone is always so welcoming: And on top of that, the Bun Bo Hue is my FAVORITE. A+ for my first visit. I had the best meal. I ordered the shrimp and pork salad rolls, which were delicious and incredibly fresh. For lunch, I had the Chicken Pad Thai and the Bo Bun Hue, which is a pho filled with delightful ingredients. The service and food were top-notch. The owner was very friendly, introducing himself and engaging in conversation. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Bend.

I'm... read more I absolutely love this place! We recently relocated here from California a month ago, and I've decided this will be our go-to spot for Pho and spring rolls. I'm looking forward to returning to try their sandwiches as well. An added bonus is that they are dog-friendly, as long as your dog behaves well.

While th... read more The staff was unhelpful and rather impolite. The prices are extremely high for simple pho and other basic Vietnamese dishes, with a significant markup. While they advertise a variety of drinks, their bar selection is quite limited. The food didn't impress me either; their chicken pho resembled more of a chicken carcass soup, as it included all parts of the chicken. It was also quite greasy.

It reminded me a lot of my childhood and very refreshing to have in Oregon. I truly recommend it when you are in town. Great staff and service too. 5 stars is well deserved.
