As for the taste, the ramen was decent. It wasn’t amazing, but it wasn’t bad either. The broth was definitely the highlight, while the noodles were just okay. The mushrooms had a bit of an unusual vinegar flavor, but the tofu was delicious. I would consider returning, especially since it's the only ramen place I know of in Bend. View all feedback.
They have a ramen for vegans and it’s made with smoked shiitake mushrooms, tofu and a yummy cashew base. Mm mm mm so dang good. Also, the steamed mushroom buns are really good too minus the mayo. The service is always lovely there, nice folks.

I visited this restaurant and asked about their vegan options. The friendly staff recommended three dishes: (1) smoked shiitake cashew vegan ramen, (2) Miyagi don rice bowl with spicy tofu and roasted tomato miyagi tare, and (3) a special dish featuring saucy tempura shishito peppers with pickled radishes. All three were excellent, especially the veggie-packed ramen (see menu image). They also have yakitori skewers, which we didn't try this time. Overall, I highly recommend this place! This review is an update based on my visit on September 26, 2022.
My partner and I shared the blue oyster mushroom appetizer, maitake bao rolls and vegan crows. only so packed full of taste, eating delivery was fast and good worth it. very recommend this place, it is small and high demand so ready for a wait!
Delicious, creamy (casque, and mushroomy rugs with excellent noodles and sweets, but make sure that the tofu will not be fried because it is made on shared equipment with meat; they can ask for rohem tofu instead if they are in that:
