You know when things say At participati... read more Google asked me to update this, so I figured I would. This KFC has removed a lot of items from the normal/national menu. You know when things say At participating locations this is one of the locations they 're talking about. They don 't offer thefamous bowl and instead offer a Potato Bowl They don 't have Nashville Hot chicken at all. This also means they don 't have thespicy mac and cheese bowl the app keeps telling me about. Everything seems to be more expensive here as well. At first, I washappy to hear that they had new owners. Now I just see employees that appear to be way overworked and not some of my favoriteitems. There is always just one person up front both taking orders and making the food for the people in the dining area, theydon 't get help, they just have to ask people in line to wait while they do what should be an additional person 's job. It slowsthings down and I 'm sure it 's super stressful for the employee behind the counter. What they do have for food is good, but themissing items, price hikes, and waits in the dining room keep me away. KFC used to be my favorite fast food in town, now it 'sthe last resort

Ordered 3pc box meal didn't get 2 pc of chicken , one pc chicken was suppose to be a breasti get a thigh instead. no fries the menu online says 2 sides the employee told me one side so got charged for 2 extra sides. Online price is10.49 at KFC was charged 12.00 do me order for 24.00 came out to be 31. 00 and half of the food missing.

While th... read more I used to eat KFC at least once a month and enjoyed it. But, the past year or two, with labor shortages being what they are, things have gone downhill. While the staff that is there trys hard to please I am constantly finding them to be out of what I order, even at the beginning of the lunch rush. And, the food quality seems to have suffered also.
