It’s a very modern environment with little indoor seating as it has a beautiful array of outdoor chairs and heaters. Everything was prepared to order and was plated with an entirely compostable friendly attire.

I was effing ravenous for some real food. The IT Sando absolutely hit the spot. Perfect amount of sauce, great flavor, tasty toasted bread with little millet seeds interspersed throughout millet flour in gluten free bread adds fluff. Great texture. It was small (perhaps larger on glutinous bread, as thats usually the case) but hit the spot after feeling deprived for a couple days. I also ordered the turmeric latte which is stated as being made with Laird superfood turmeric and original creamer its a coconut-based creamer and maple syrup. I actually was so underwhelmed with the latte that I returned it. It just tasted like someone had put a dash of turmeric in sugar water. My partner and his brother had the aa super berry smoothies with strawberries instead of bananas (tragic banana allergy and they liked them but didnt think the 12 oz bevs were worth the $9 price tag. All in all, basing my experience on one sandwich, Id recommend this place. Next time in Bend Id like to go back and try their other offerings.
