Elevation Restaurant at Cascade Culinary Institute offers a unique dining experience where community members can enjoy high-quality ingredients sourced from regional growers, ranchers, and producers. This student-operated restaurant provides a live classroom environment for patrons to dine in and offer feedback via a survey at the end of their meal. Reservations for Fall Lunch 2023 will open on Wednesday, October 4 at 12 pm, with a limit of 1 or 2 reservations per COCC term to allow more community members to experience the student learning at Elevation Restaurant. The most delicious food and friendly service. A wonderful experience.
This was my second lunch at Elevation, and it absolutely did not disappoint. So impressed with how much the culinary students have learned. Service, as always, was so impressive. Adrian and the other students took such good care of our table. It’s always a treat to dine here whenever the opportunity presents.
I'm so glad that we were able to get a reservation at Elevation. The service, food, and atmosphere were all excellent. Best wishes to all of the students as they continue to learn their craft. Oh, and the signature mocktail was excellent. And the bread! Dessert!
