New to us was a cabbage appetizer served with salsa and... read more This was our first time here because our regular place was closed and we wanted mexican food. Good food. New to us was a cabbage appetizer served with salsa and chips. The server explained that it was eaten with chips. The guys liked it. They also served chips and salsa. Not to hot with a zing. We were split on the flavor but liked it. Menu says they charge for a second basket of chips but I didn't check receipt. Had a chicken taco salad with salsa dressing, Asado burritto, and a chili relleno with a chicken taco on the side. All was good. The Taco got soggy because we ate the relleno first and that is partially our fault. Portions were good and we were too full for dessert. There are two parts to the restaurant and one has a bar in it. We were seated near the bar with several TVs and music. It was a little loud to have a conversation over a meal. We asked for the quietest table after I saw we were being seated in the lounge. I think if we had kids with us, we would have been seated in the other section. All in all, we would go back but have different expectations. Staff was friendly, refilled our drinks, and took care of us. Prices were great for lunch! Parking surrounds the place and there is enough for everyone.

When our mea... read more The charming young man who served us—though I wish I could remember his name—was attentive and precise with our orders, and his timing was spot on. When our meals arrived, I was really glad that my husband took a photo because it was definitely worth the money. I spent two days savoring the freshness and flavor lingering on my palate. My husband even remarked that it reminded him of meals he used to have as a child, saying it was a taste he had forgotten. So, thank you for the mix-up, thank you for the impeccable timing, and thank you for one truly wonderful meal. I apologize for being so lengthy, but I have to say, it was absolutely delicious—yum, yum, yum, yum! This experience deserves more than five stars. Thank you so much for the tastiest meal I've had in seven months!

The dish in the picture features flank steak with shrimp, sautéed mushrooms, guacamole, beans, and rice. You absolutely have to come and try this place! It was quite busy, and I have a feeling it will always be that way because the food deserves 10 stars, in my opinion, and the staff is just as impressive.
