Three people were working, and none of them knew what they were doing. The blizzard was made incorrectly, using the wrong ingredients for the kind ordered. They couldn't make certain items, either because of lack of knowledge, equipment issues, or lack of ingredients. With every order, the cashier would ask the other 2 people working if they could make the ordered food. It was an extremely disappointing experience. View all feedback.

Service has really gone down at this location. The current staff has no communication skills and they act like they've never had a job before, which may be the case. Get some management in there soon or this place is going to be a disaster real quick... I won't be going back.
Drive through attendant says be with you in a second then never takes your order, waited for over 10min. Drove up to the window and they looked at me and just proceeded to ignore me. Worst service ive ever experienced from a dairy queen.
Sat in the drive through for 25 mins, finally got to the window and they told me it would be a min and I would get to order. I listened to every conversation of the person taking orders of everyone inside the store while I got drenched with my window down waiting for my order to be taken. I heard her say people are getting mad and backing up as people behind me were leaving. She then told me she was going to shut down the drive through and told me she wasn 't going to take my order! I had to plead with her to take my order as I saw many people who were behind me going inside to get their food. This location never seems to have enough people working and I feel awful for the workers because I 'm sure it 's not there fault. It took over 50 min for me to actually get food. Won 't be coming back.
