Curb B Q - Bend

My first time trying this place .Order for 3 people. My pulled pork sandwich was terrible. The bun was burned on both sides .The pork was very dry and burnt.They should take pride in what is being served. I won't return nor recommend this food truck. Theyservice was nice that's why the 2 stars .

Came here last night to pick up some nachos and ended up taking my business elsewhere. I can't say how the food is, because I didn't try it. But I can say that the service was terrible. It was very slow last night and I was the only one waiting for agood 5 minutes before the guy came over, glanced at me and ignored me completely. The young guy in the truck was pretty rude andlost my business for good. His attitude was strange and he acted as though there weren't 5 other trucks I could go to.

My boyfriend and I love love LOVE this place. Unfortunately, the past two times we?ve gone the food and customer service has just not been good. Both experiences were with the same kid, saw us waiting at the window, took 5 minutes to even glance at usthen another 5 minutes to take our order. Both times says he put our sauces in, he did not either time. Last time the grilledcheeses were soggy and barely warm, not hot. The wings were okay but had barely any bbq sauce and the fries were cold. This timearound, the grilled cheeses were soggy again, the fries were cold again and tasted a day old, and the bone in wings were RAW. Itwas $14 and we got raw wings! I?d love to continue coming here, I?m not sure if it?s new staffing or what happened but I?mhoping it turns around.

We love CurbBBQ! We?ve ordered dine-in and take out and every time it has been delicious. The young adults who are working have always been really nice. The food is always so flavorful, and good sized portions! We typically order the brisket grilledcheese, wings (when they?re on special), bbq chicken wrap, and jalapeño burger. Definitely recommend!

Ordered 1/4 rack with 2 sides. Ribs where super charred and dry on the outside on both sides. Wasn?t very easy to salvage any of the meat. Cornbread was burnt on the bottom. The only decent thing was the potato salad. Times are tough right now with staffingand turn over but Curb B Q needs to step up their game. I feel like I wasted 17 dollars.
