Contribute FeedbackAt Pronghorn Resort, diners have experienced a mixed bag of culinary delights and disappointments. While some praised the exceptional seafood, elegantly presented dishes, and attentive service, others found the dining options lackluster, particularly during special events like Mother's Day brunch, where expectations weren’t met. Complaints about understaffing and long wait times were common, yet patrons enjoyed standout meals such as scallops and truffle ravioli. Despite the beautiful setting and potential for an elevated experience, consistency in food quality and service remains a point of concern, urging management to refine their offerings to match their ambitious prices.
It was exceptional as usual. the staff and the new chef are fantastic.
My parents visited me in the city and we chose cascada for dinner in the pronghorn resort. it was incredible! eating is amazing, the service is great and the location cannot be beaten.
Not sure what the staff was doing, as they were not busy at all, but there weren't helping us. The food was not as good as we had hoped.
Worst gnocchi I have ever had. Was shaped like a potato log that was sliced into very chewy, very large chunks. Don't get it!! My husband had the filet and said that was excellent. They seemed very understaffed. No one ever answered the phone when we called. Friends were staying at the hotel and the hotel amenities were closed which seemed strange for the cost of the room. All in all Pronghorn has amazing ambiance, especially on a gorgeous spring like day but they need to step up the quality to justify the pricing and the drive. Overall, disappointed.
It was a Monday night, and we ate on the early side, so not very busy for a place a bit off the beaten track. But the food and the service were excellent. Our server Adrian was exceptional. A good background in high-class service. We had the special a duck ravioli my husband says to die for And my Bolanase was really good, too. The current menu has a few steak choices, a double pork chop, a salmon dish, and a variety of salads and starters. Desserts are yummy, too. this is a member club outlet but open to the public, days a week at this time. I think we were the only members there last night but there were other tables of non-members, in from Bend and from Powell Butte.
