My husband had the filet and said that was excellent. They seemed very understaffed. No one ever answered the phone when we called. Friends were staying at the hotel and the hotel amenities were closed which seemed strange for the cost of the room. All in all Pronghorn has amazing ambiance, especially on a gorgeous spring like day but they need to step up the quality to justify the pricing and the drive. Overall, disappointed.

Despite calling ahead to confirm that the champagne brunch would be available on Mother's Day, we were surprised to find that it was held in a ballroom and served buffet-style. This was not what was advertised online or what we were told over the phone. The atmosphere felt more like a corporate breakfast than a special Mother's Day celebration. We were hoping for a more elevated dining experience than just scrambled eggs, limp bacon, and a fruit plate. Additionally, the price of $95 per person with only one complimentary mimosa for mothers felt excessive. The experience felt rushed, last-minute, and ultimately disappointing. We recommend trying their regular brunch menu instead and double-checking if they will be offering a buffet for holidays.
