My coworkers wer... read more Carl Jr. offers fantastic food and some of the best shakes you can find. However, I had a disappointing experience at this particular location. My coworkers were filming themselves at the security monitor after placing our order, and the woman who took our order remarked, “You guys are acting like girls!” This comment was quite unprofessional. Regardless of her personal views, as a representative of Carl Jr., such remarks are inappropriate and go against the training she received.

Stopped at the 3rd St. restaurant in Bend. We walked in and stood at the lobby for over 5 mins. Employees were not acknowledging our presence. We had to ask for... read more Stopped at the 3rd St. restaurant in Bend. We walked in and stood at the lobby for over 5 mins. Employees were not acknowledging our presence. We had to ask for assistance. The gal with long eyelashes and red lipstick seemed perturbed to serve us. Did notsmile or ask any questions ie, sauces ect. We asked for fry sauce and was told in a mean voice there wasn't any. Asked forketchup and the gal grabbed a big handful and threw in our bag again, like she was put out. Although the food was good theservice was lacking.

The Beyond Burger was deli... read more Fantastic choice for vegan fast food! After a long 12-hour journey, I was in need of a quick meal, and this place did not disappoint. The Beyond Burger was delicious, the fries were great, and everything was spot on! However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff recognized me as a vegan without me even having to mention it. When I requested no cheese on my burger, the server intuitively offered to remove the mayo as well—such impressive attention to detail! While I waited, they invited me to sit down and offered to bring my food to me. On top of that, I enjoyed an engaging discussion about entrepreneurship that was both informative and entertaining. Overall, it was a brilliant dining experience—great job!
