Bistro 28 A Neighborhood Kitchen - Bend

We put ourselves in the bar right away. It was a special menu of steaks, so we had a gigantic piece of prime rib served with bunch of garlic potatoes. Tastefully, half had to take when it was home. In summer, it's nice to sit outside.

Service was impeccable. Food was divine. Atmosphere was upscale and exquisite. Highly recommend the del Monaco steak for two. The starch and vegatable were cooked to perfection and expertly seasoned. The steak was truly prime quality and mouth watering.

We went for Valentine’s Day dinner and had an amazing time. I hesitate to make a recommendation online because I don’t want to let the cat out of the bag but Bistro28 has some of the best food in town, amazing service, and a really cool vibe (once you forget your in the athletic center)!

I visited the bar today and received excellent service. I ordered the fillet for dinner along with several glasses of wine. The steak was cooked perfectly for both my wife and me, and the sides were also well prepared. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the wine pour was a bit short. Overall, this place is consistently very good every time I come here. Great job!
