Bethlyn's Global Fusion - Bend

The Cuban cuisine here is out of this world. The crab cakes are amazing and the avocado tacos are great, although a little extra sauce would make them even better. The customer service is wonderful, friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I absolutely love it! I just wish I lived closer so I could come here more often!

Two things about Bethlyns: 1. The food is delicious and creative! 2. The service is not the best. We have been a few times and the first time, our server forgot to put in our appetizer order. It wasn't a big deal. The last time we were there, our server only brought out two of our three dishes and tried to give the third to the table next to us. But aside from the service, which is completely manageable, the food is incredible and the happy hour is great!

I cannot praise bethlyn's global fusion enough. Some nights it may feel like global confusion, but the atmosphere is filled with love and it always keeps me on my toes.

I count on 5 stars. bethlyn’s is one of the best restaurants in the city. they had a recent interior trim, which I unfortunately could not enjoy.
