It had been a difficult day, today. Nothing was going well. Then, getting a glass of coffee in Lekaos Dong Khoi was the last straw that broke camel’s back. All I needed just a unsweetened drink, but I got less sweet drink. It broke my ketosis. Emotional breakdown for real!
