Imagine my delightful surprise as I head into my office to discover one of the greatest gifts ever gifted to man. Picture it if you will.. a nicely wrapped Cuban lay before my very eyes. The tin foil glistening beneath the soft glow of 3000k light bulbs.I rush over to find it accompanied by freshly made chips and my very own personal mustard and mayo blend. For the next twentyminutes, I was in pure bliss. It didn't matter who came in to see me, how many times the phone rang, I was in my own perfectworld of pickles, ham and pulled pork. This sandwich simply cannot be topped and rest assured.. everyone I meet will know aboutit. So put away your 4th graders report card.. i dont need to see your wedding photos.. The only accomplishment and I mean realaccomplishment that I care to see or hear about is you picking up your phone and ordering one of these sandwiches for yourself.You're welcome in advance.

The food was absolutely delicious. While there were a few challenges, as with any wedding planning, Paige was instrumental in resolving them and alleviating our concerns, even regarding issues that weren't included in our agreement with Homestead Cafe. During our food tasting, she attentively listened to our feedback and even went back to the kitchen to prepare a new batch that met our expectations. The only issue on the wedding day was related to staffing, but it was clearly communicated and promptly addressed, and it didn't become a concern again. Her staff was attentive, polite, and energetic.
