Burger King - Bemidji

We waited for about 10 minutes at the restaurant. The employee kept looking at us but did not come to take our order. There was no indication that we would be helped, so we decided to leave. One employee was just standing by the food heater, filling bags occasionally and not doing much else. It seems like Burger King has installed new computer screen order terminals next to the register, so they may be ignoring verbal orders if they are short-staffed. They could have at least put up a sign to let customers know if the register was down instead of ignoring us.

The food was served cold and the staff was loudly arguing with each other. The tables were dirty even though the restaurant was not busy. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

We drove to burger King for lunch cause me my daughter and son were hungry , there was 2 trucks in front of us so we pulled in on the other side of the drive thru as we went over there we waited 40 minutes to order our food. Then the trucks pulled out and we went to the other side to order once they were gone and we waited 15 minutes and we ordered our food and once we pulled up the the side we were waiting for another 15 minutes and we paid for the food and waited 20 minutes to get our food, once we got our food the food was cold and they got the order wrong. And it tasted disgusting. Poor service and poor food. And there was about 5 workers in there and it took us that long to get cold nasty food.

We just went through the drive through but everything went well there. Using a coupon is so convenient since you just give them the number and they take care of the rest.

The service at this restaurant is quick, however, the food may cause heartburn. There is always plenty of free parking available.
