My dish didn't contain all of the ingredients listed (potatoes were missing... read more There were two of us there and we had a vegetarian and a meat dish, along with naan. My dish didn't contain all of the ingredients listed (potatoes were missing), the consistency of the chicken was more reminiscent of fruit gums and the garlic naan I ordered came without garlic. Apart from that, unlike Indian food, the dishes were very watery, which I don't know from other Indian restaurants. Even in the many Indian provincial restaurants that I have visited over the years, I have never come across such a method of preparation. But if it was a typical way of preparing Ayurvedic cuisine, it simply didn't suit our taste.
