Subway - Belvidere

I saw that the restaurant was open until 9 o'clock arrived at 750. open sign was from the restaurant was dark chairs above. I went to a laune and asked if you were still open? co-worker explains unfortunately. I order that my Essens staff mask was under his nose, but I must wear one in the restaurant. looks pointless to me. as always the employee seemed to check more concerned with his gf sitting on a table obviously waiting for him, he asked if I wanted any cookies or chips, but the cookie kick was empty. I said, I don't think they have any cookies he said, yes, they are here, we close, know that I said they don't close at 9? he said once more until 20 o'clock. it was very rude to say the least.

Protein bowl I ordered tuna. Very disgusting idk if it was out dated or wht but I EAT SUBWAY ALOT AND THAT TUNA LOOKED LIKE CAT FOOD...NBS....NEVER AGAIN.

Always has the freshest ingredients to make delicious sandwiches

My husband ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 was okay just had little to no spinach on it but the other one was a mess... asked for mayo got no mayo but somehow banana peppers got added... this is the 2nd time we have ordered from here online and my sandwich gets screwed up. Today when we returned it the worker response was so you don't want banana peppers I kindly told them to read the online order and the order will say what I want on it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 5 sandwiches ordered and received 4. of the 4 I received 2 of them were wrong. Associate with whom I spoke on the phone was very unprofessional and tried to play down his inability. “If you were here, you would have a better understanding of what happened here tonight.” I’m sorry, but they accepted the job as a sandwich manufacturer. if they read a print and put the right ingredients in a sandwich, too much for them is ordered under the EXTREME conditions of several people, then living for them becomes extremely difficult. this subway staff is very unprofessional and incompetent. they stay at the gateway location.
