Terrible brezels at this place. I came to my car and expected a warm soft brezel. it was hard, cold and old. I was already on wisconsin, or I would go back for my money. I was tired of buying it because the hired his mask down and had no gloves. I sent an email for a refund. I received an e-mail of apology and a request for my address for free bretzels credits. it's almost three weeks since this email and I didn't have an email with coupons, nor a follow-up email. I'm not impressed. they save themselves from waste of money. perhaps pizza at sbarro’s!

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for delicious pretzels. They are willing to make you a fresh batch if you don't mind waiting. Don't forget to also try the mini hot dogs!

The manager is sweet and beautiful, they have the best brezels, I recommend.
