Contribute FeedbackWe came on very short notice (30min) with a group of 20, and the owner just created a wonderful menu with cold cuts/cheese, grilled meat with delicious veal and a very good selection of wine! Highly recommended for authentic and delicious food in this region of Sardinia!
Bachisio is not only an excellent innkeeper, but also an excellent expert on the region and its history. Eating here means enjoying local specialties immersed in an authentic and conscious atmosphere, surrounded by mountains and beautiful works of art. The roasted Sardinian sausage is delicious, a special mention for the potatoes, grown locally and cut thick for cooking, a completely different flavour. Everyone is welcoming and helpful with children. Truly a special place.
We often stop on our motorbike tours to eat in this characteristic Barbagia restaurant and we don't do it just for the convenience of having it in the middle of our routes. In fact I can say that I choose the routes as an excuse to stop here! From sandwiches to a full meal, I am truly satisfied every time. I remain it both for what I eat and for the kindness of the owner and his employees, but above all for the fact that my guests appreciate everything about the place! This last time there were 17 of us and we ate a spectacular polenta with wild boar meat and sausages accompanied by an excellent cannonau! Special mention also for the sebadas... among the best I've ever tasted! If you want some advice, if you pass along the SS128 and are in Belvì, stop at Bachisio. I worked in this bar and left my heart there. bar and restaurant, friendly and handy people, if you don't have too many demands, that's exactly what you're looking for.
Great lunch. delicious Bortigalese meat, delicious chips. sympathy and friendliness. We recommend it.
