What User doesn't like about Yolo Chicken:
I have dined at this restaurant once and have ordered takeout a few times. Unfortunately, they have not been answering the phone for pickup orders recently. It's really frustrating. I'm not sure what's happening with their phone system. View all feedback.
I ordered champong noodle soup twice (no spicy) you guys always give me spicy. Neve want to come again!
A friend was ordering food for both of us and we experienced the worst service (just for a pick up). Because she is Muslim, she ordered everything with shrimp and that is what she was expecting. When she picked up our order, the food has pork inside instead of shrimp. When she called to speak to a manager, the manager had no care about what she was saying but instead it was a server (we don’t recollect his name) who had to explain the importance of this issue. Eventually, the manager stated she could come back and switch out the new order but this is AFTER much time had passed. There was no form of proper customer service and no lack of care. Our fear was that the second order was made only by switching out the meat but not completely redoing the order. In addition, I spoke to another manager (David I believe) who tried to defuse the situation but again, no customer service. New staff is needed and definitely not recommended.
The 4 Flavors Chicken Wings Special was a great size for 2 and tasted good too. We got the boneless wings out of convenience. You can ask for ketchup as well. Chicken was crispy and flavorful The Kimchi stew was alright, but at the very least it was nice to have a soup with the chicken. It came with a bowl of rice as well. Definitely still worth the visit for the chicken.

I recommend the yolo and Prinkle chicken, boneless. *You can incompatible with the side shells of kimchee and radishes. if they don't get, they ask
The first time at this place, clean and well decorate; excellent eating, the only problem I see it is with the menu, little confusing, they can not combine the aromes of the chicken wing special, they need to add more huhn options.
