Although some visitors enjoyed specific menu items, like the limited-time fried wings, overall dissatisfaction persists, fueled by a messy dining environment and an unprofessional atmosphere. Notably, the combination of Taco Bell and KFC offers a unique experience, but issues like missing menu items and lackluster customer care overshadow potential positives, making it difficult to recommend this establishment.
This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. The cashier was touching our money with their gloves on, and when I opened my Chalupa, a small bug crawled out. We returned our food, received a refund, and left.
I would give this restaurant 0 stars if possible. When I went through the drive-thru, I encountered a woman who seemed to have zero interest in her job. She was extremely rude, so much so that I felt compelled to go inside the restaurant to confirm if she was actually working. To my dismay, I found her sitting at a table with a friend. It was a disappointing experience, and it makes me question the quality of service and food at this establishment.
This restaurant was extremely slow. The staff moved at a snail's pace. We went through the drive-thru and were told to park in front while they brought our food out. After waiting for 15 minutes, our food still wasn't delivered. When we went inside to inquire, we found out that they had given our food to someone else. This was by far the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had, and I've been to my fair share of Taco Bell restaurants.
Came at 6:30 on a Friday for dinner, and they didn?t have any KFC bowls or sweet tea. How is this place still operating? Also the taco I was served had an embarrassingly small amount of meat on it.
Online says they open at 9am. The front of the store sign says 9am. The doors say 9am. It?s after 9am and doors are locked. Only could see one employee inside and they completely ignored myself and the other 2 cars that went through the drive through thentried to go through the front door. Another note is to always check your food here because the numbers you tell them aredifferent than the numbers they put into the system. Honestly if this was t the only taco bell in the area I would never gohere.
