I placed an online order for pick-up at 6:40, but when I arrived at 6:45, it had not been started yet. The store told me it was ready, but when I asked where I could pick up orders, the worker responded rudely and told me to sit down and wait. When I requested a refund, he accused me of wasting his food. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that location again. View all feedback.

When I requested a refund, he accused me of wasting his food. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that location again.
This restaurant does not honor coupons and creates their own rules. They charged double for a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and even more for the bacon that already comes on the sub. The bread was not fresh, the lettuce and spinach were stale, and the turkey was molded. Shortly after eating, my family became ill and we had to go to the hospital. The service was very rude and it took 40 minutes just to receive my food. The staff kept telling me to wait and then a lady came into the store without washing her hands before preparing food, which was unsanitary.
If you can avoid coming here, please do so! My order online said it was ready only for me to get to this location and have to wait. I let the guy know I ordered online and then with an attitude told me I needed to sit down and wait.I ordered a sandwich from here and I ordered double meat plus the regular veggies (as I do with every subway I go to) and the guy who made my sandwich got an attitude with me and shamed me for ordering an overstuffed sandwich. I've never had anyone have issues with the way I order my sandwich except for this location. I only come to this location for convenience but next time I will drive out to somewhere else.The only thing that was pleasant was the fact that this location was clean.
I got literally the least amount of toppings I've ever had. REALLY SMALL PORTIONS.
I will never go to this location again. Worst service from rude owners and cashiers. She got mad because I was using a coupon and didn’t want to take the coupon then proceeded to upcharge me for everything out of spite. The people that work here shouldn’t be in this business of being a franchise if you can’t handle small discounts.
