My place loves me a few Popeye's chicken wings. Forget about the Fritten cookies or any side order. Just give me a chicken wing and I'm good. Although these wings are so small, I assumed that it was supplying cheaper distribution and products since the outbreak of COVID-19. Clean location w friendly service parking can be very close
