Taco Bell - Belton

This place is pathetic. The food is horrible. Went in but was told to go out and order through the window. The food we ordered looked like dog food and barely got anything. Horrible just Horrible. Want be going back. Someone needs to fix this!!!!!!!!!!

Just went through the drive through and was asked to park in a parking spot. Sat there for 35 minutes and water multiple cars after us, who also parked on the side to wait for food, get their food before us. I had to ask 3 times where our food was afterwaiting patiently for 20 minutes. We were handed someone else?s food at one point. They ran away too fast for us to check it andtell them it wasn?t ours. We held until they came back out. They ended up giving that bad straight to someone else. No tellingwhat we could have done to it while we had it. I don?t understand why they can?t run like any other fast food place and give youyour food at the window. Maybe they?re under employed? Either way, we had the worst experience.

After waiting forever to get my food. I get home just find out I didnt even get my full order. ? thanks for that....while I was waiting I could see into the drive thru windows that an employee was just sitting on the counter. There was multiple cars being told to park off to the side to wait for our food. And after waiting over 20 mins you would think since they are taking so long they would make sure oders was going out correctly. Definitely not coming back.

I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that is consistently this inconsistent. Just when you think the restaurant has fixed it's issues, you arrive to a new staff that is worse than the staff that replaced the bad staff. Today, I had 3 different people attempt to take my order, which was incredibly simple (2 grilled cheese burrito boxes, which is the largest picture on their menu since it's the special at the moment). After struggling to order, I was told to pull into a parking space. I then saw 3 people who ordered after me get their food before me. Once I finally got my food, I was missing the tacos that come with the box. The staff then tried to argue that I had taken the tacos out of the box and was just trying to get free food. No other restaurant in Belton is this poorly managed. Before I decided to try taco Bell again today, I had started driving into Anderson when I wanted taco Bell and until something changes, I will continue to do so now.

The food was good just took forever to get our food. We waited almost 30min.
