What cody blair doesn't like about Schlotzsky's:
Oh Schlotzsky's, Schlotzsky's. How far thou hast fallen. Where are the old Schlotzsky's Originals? Those were delicious. Now it seems like everything is mostly bread. My wife and I try it again about every 6 months, hoping that the experience will be what it was a couple of years ago. Sadly, we are always disappointed. View all feedback.
Good for a quick bite, usually por of chips though.

My bread was so hard it hurt my gums to chew it. Forgot to put cheese on my sandwich and paid for extra but got none. Would have gone back, but stopped by on my way back home from the hospital and had 30 minutes to still go the high way was very busy traffic moving to slow.
So not knowing that they closed at 9 and being someone who has worked fast and understands…. We pulled up to the drive through at 9:05 to see if they were open or closed without checking google…. The lady said welcome to schlotzskys what can u get for you. So we start ordering and no response…… after a second we are like hello!!??! No response….. we wait MINUTES and finally are like ok let’s just go to the window maybe they are having technical difficulties…. They are shut all the way down!! lol ok no problem but just tell us that from the beginning or even if the girl made a mistake by BEGINNING to take our order please let us know like hey my bad we actually are closed we didn’t even mean to greet you and it would have been no issues…… instead we got complete radio silence and when we pulled up to the window there were workers who clearly saw us and ignored us. SMH.
My wife and I came here on 2/29 and it was a busier day for them. We ordered and waited about 20 minuets and I said I would go up and check on our order. Turns out our order was lost somewhere. It happens. They were busy and we understood but, I just asked if they could remake the order kind of quickly since we both had to get back to work. One of the employees, Candice, was SUPER apologetic and began remaking our order immediately. She had my wife’s sandwich out in about 5 minuets and my calzone shortly there after. Later into our meal Candice came back with two Cinnabon’s and told us to have a blessed day. I can’t speak highly enough about her. My wife and I were not seeking anything free or expect any type of compensation because, as I mentioned previously, it happens. She was very friendly and took care of us quickly. Candice is an awesome employee!
