Very fast and friendly service. A bit pricey, but completely worth it. You can't find a better fast food burger or fries without going to an expensive specialty restaurant. This is my go-to for my lunch burger. View all feedback.
What Laura R doesn't like about Five Guys:
Food always tastes great here. But they're super stingy on their fries. Any other 5-guys you go to adds extra in the bag. Here they barely fill the cup up. Ordered a medium fry to make up for not getting as many with a small, and I think I got less fries with a medium than a small. View all feedback.
The staff was fantastic. The team ensured that orders and food came out quickly with minimal wait times, and everything was fresh and tasty. The manager, who was taking orders, praised his crew, contributing to a wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
Despite this experience, I was willing to give it another shot because off nights can happen, and the fries are truly that good! However, on October 23, my second visit was disappointing as well. The burgers were again overcooked, and the wrong toppings were added. My patty was so dry that it crumbled on the bun. I don’t mind a challenge, but I prefer my burgers to be intact. The family at the next table also received burgers that were either overdone or incorrect. The fries were okay but could have used more salt. Unfortunately, it seems like we’ll be looking for other places for burgers from now on.
I'm not sure what changed since COVID, but I've been here about a dozen times, and nobody seems to know how to make crispy fries. They assure me they can, but they always come back greasy and soggy. My burger was also quite undercooked. On the plus side, the service is consistently excellent, and the staff is always friendly and smiling.
Great burgers, great fresh fries. Good place to eat, but a little on the pricey side for a burger joint. Small fry and a shake( 1 size) will set you back a 10er. Burger med fry and a soda (unlimited refills) you'll drop $15+. A date... I could see dropping $40-50. Better options out there, but sometimes you just gotta have that burger.
