Every time I’ve ordered something for dinner they are always out of not just one thing but several items. The kinks in their supply chain and availability needs to be worked out. View all feedback.

I’m not one to leave reviews, in fact, I think most reviews have a tendency to be blown out of proportion, however, this chipotle has been greatly disappointing every visit of 2024 and even as far back as November of 2023.I realize it is partially my fault for going to the same place and expecting a different result, but I shouldn’t have to go a town over when I have one in my own, and I’d like to give people the benefit of the doubt for the most part.I understand being out of ingredients once, I understand being out of a different ingredient on another busy day, but when you are out of the same ingredients, With new ones added each time I come, at the same time of day or night I just don’t understand.I have no clue how they organize and run numbers for that place nor do I pretend to, but if I found myself consistently low on the same things at the same time each night with hours before closing, I would think that making more prep for the next night at the very least would be the mind set.I worked in pizza for years, when we ran out of ingredients someone was sent to another store for more product, or to a grocery store to replace what can’t be there until truck night. We also compensated folks or tried our best to make it right when we didn’t have what they were looking for.Long story short if you want to go to chipotle to overpay for over half of your normal ingredients to be out of your order, and the ingredients they do have are cold, go after 8 pm (3 hours before close) because apparently they are allowed to give up sometime around then.I will never be back to this chipotle, we have a Qdoba in our town and will have to convert.
Very average. Loud. Somehow they ran out of chips. They told the girl in front of me they were out of pico, then brought out more pico after she paid. I almost thought it was on purpose, but I think it was just disorganized. Staff was really nice but I could tell they were just done. Was a bummer actually. It's possible they just got smoked and we caught this one at a bad time. But I gotta call it like I see it.
Stood in line 35 mins. Only 4 people in front of me. Usually you can get thru the line in 5 to 10 mins, today it was 35 mins. There were 4 employees there only one of them on the food line they were filling online orders ocassionally helping in-house customers. 2 other employees would wonder thru occasionally but not helping on the line. 1 other employee finally stepped in to help make food while also running register. Very frustrating for myself and for the other customers that were there during that time. And it wasnt even a peak meal time it was around 3:30
It's best to go inside and watch them make your order and ask for exactly what you want, otherwise they give skimpy portions.
