Food was hot, soup was scaling tho could drop temp there a little bit. Food was fresh, abundant and colorful. Staff was friendly, courteous, attentive. The random checkup was very nice. TO-GO drink offer was a perfect touch! Definitely will return, highly recommend China Cafe. New management is wonderful. Food food from a STEAM TABLE and SHRIMP SERVED WITH SEASONED SHELL ON. Not boiled, seasoned fried with the SHELL ON. YUCK. Gave this place one LAST chance but NEVER AGAIN. Cannot get decent Asian food in this area.

The food was served hot, although the soup was quite hot—I think it could benefit from being served at a slightly lower temperature. The dishes were fresh, plentiful, and colorful. The staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive, and I appreciated the random check-ins from them. The option to get a drink to go was a nice touch! I will definitely return and highly recommend China Cafe. However, I must point out some issues: the food comes from a steam table, and the shrimp is served with the shell on, seasoned and fried instead of boiled. Not a fan at all. I gave this place one last chance, but I won’t be returning again. It's hard to find decent Asian food in this area.

None of the dishes were even adequately tasty—just basic sustenance. The highlight of the buffet was the red Jell-O, which is quite disappointing given my love for all types of Asian cuisine. The only vegetable options provided were broccoli, with dishes like chicken and broccoli or beef and broccoli. I would have appreciated any other vegetable choice, and even a garden salad would have been a nice addition. I won’t be returning. At $14.99 per person, there are plenty of other restaurants worth visiting that offer a much better dining experience.
